The DLIMS Gilgit-Baltistan Police has set up Police Service Centers (PKM) in all 10 districts of the province. These centers, which can be found in various locations and have contact information listed here, are aimed at facilitating citizens. The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), an organization that collaborates with DLIMS on technology matters, has improved the functioning of these centers by creating a centralized and connected IT system. As a result, these service centers now work more efficiently by being integrated with the central IT system.

Under the management of the Police Service Center, driving license issuing, renewal and upgrading centers have been established.
